I was a site coordinator for their Early Childhood program as well as for their After school program for 16 years. I was in charge of staff which included the daily running of the program and monthly program planning, lesson plans newsletters and activities for the children. I was also in charge making rosters and attendance sheets. I participated in the Naeyc's evaluations and working to get the ECE program accredited which was a success. The school district then decided to work with Quality First and get our classrooms accessed and i participated with them to reach their goal in the preschool program. I was in charge of making sure that all licensing policy's were up to date and followed in our program. I participated in helping plan and run our camps and summer programs we ran about 300 children and about 65 staff.
