Paying off mortgages when funds come in, configuring any escrow funds left to customer and sending funds back to them accordingly. Keying internal reports for all paid in full mortgages and sending information to the correct Counties to be satisfied. Answering customer service calls daily for clients and bank employees for assistance with general questions about the accounts, payment history, insurance issues, removing PMI, setting up/deleting auto drafts for accounts, updating information on accounts as needed and taking/processing customers monthly payments over the phone.
