
I wish to obtain a full time position where I can utilize my 20 years experience in banking and customer service including 5 years in Mortgage servicing and 6 years in Customer Call Center work and payment processing. I would like to grow within a company, and excel in my banking career.
Processing payoff letters, sending any account documents, insurance information, monthly and yearly statements for clients and employees per phone or email request. Paying off mortgages when funds come in, configuring any escrow funds left to customer and sending funds back to them accordingly. Keying internal reports for all paid in full mortgages and sending information to the correct Counties to be satisfied. Answering customer service calls daily for clients and bank employees for assistance with general questions about the accounts, payment history, insurance issues, removing PMI, setting up/deleting auto drafts for accounts, updating information on accounts as needed and taking/processing customers monthly payments over the phone.
