Physically on the Courthouse campus, I created log notes of speaker identification in criminal courtroom hearings and included case numbers, keywords, legal phrases which served as a general outline of a digital recording.
  • Utilized digital recording equipment to record audio of criminal court procedures by Orange and Osceola Judges, Hearing officers and Magistrates.
  • Conducted audio playbacks into the courtroom of a specified speaker upon request of judge or jury.
  • Proofread and edited transcripts before they are sent out to requesting party. Trainer and Mentor.

  • Prepared and investigated Criminal defendant’s information in files for trials and hearings to include the defendant jail time served, fingerprint cards, cost sheets, sex offender designation, if applicable. Prepared forms and Judge's Orders after hearings to send to disposition department.
  • Also, previously worked as a Civil Law Division Deputy Clerk in Leon County, FL for four years.
