• Managed billing for audiology department, marketing, filed insurances, and maintained inventory.
• Tested hearing with complete audiological examinations including tympanometry and ETD testing for walk overs from the ENT, and audio schedule.

I was initially hired at ENT Care in July of 2000 as a Medical records clerk before being promoted to Front Desk responsibilities. I was then handpicked by the five EAR NOSE and Throat providers, and their audiology team for their audiology department in 2005 as a hearing technician in training..
