As a Patient Service Representative (PSR) for ZOLL LifeVest, I primarily focus on training patients and caregivers on the use and care of the LifeVest wearable defibrillator. I also manage the equipment, schedule fittings, and provide ongoing support to ensure patient understanding and satisfaction, in an inpatient and outpatient environment.

• Drawing and Centrifuging of blood samples as outlined in clinical protocols. Urine collections according to protocols.
• Maintained a high level of accuracy in labeling and tracking specimens, ensuring proper testing and timely results.
• Labeled transfer tubes and followed exact directions for handling and storing specimens for transport.

Clinical trial specimen collection including Blood, UA, Covid 19 testing.

Paramed exams for the life insurance industry. Conduct medical history questionnaires, obtain, handle and process blood and urine collection, saliva samples, along with the measuring of height and weight, along with resting EKGs. Accurate completion of all paperwork with delivery of samples to courier for lab testing.
