As a medical receptionist at Carbon Health Urgent Care, some of my responsibilities include but are not

limited to

• Booking appointments for patients using our Carbon Health Providers EMR system

• Answering phone calls promptly (95%+ answer rate)

• Following up with no-shows, or cancelled appointments

• Accurately collecting copays

• Verifying patients insurance

• Scanning documents and uploading into patient charts

• Checking mail, faxes, and emails daily

As a medical assistant at WellLife, I provide personalized care for our contracted employer's and their employees. My goal is to improve lifestyle behaviors that are impacted by chronic health conditions. We are a primary care and urgent care facility that treats minor injuries as well as conduct pre-employment and CDL/DOT physicals, drug screenings, workers compensation evaluations and vaccinations. Some of my responsibilities include

• Triaged patients and performed vital checks for patient flow facilitation.

• Documented medical data in patient charts, facilitating accurate records.

• Supported physicians in examinations, procedures, and diagnostic tests.

• Administered injections, vaccines, TB skin testing and other patient care procedures.

• Scanned and documented new patient information in electronic health records for registration

purposes.

• Scheduled patients for exams and screenings.

Program Leaders act as a positive role model, model, and mentor to all students enrolled in the THINK Together program. Responsibilities include providing a safe and nourishing environment, academic enrichment, physical activity, and more! While committing to this full year program, you must also create lesson plans, provide homework assistance, ensuring safety of all kids by taking roll and reviewing sign-in/sign-out.
