Manage 70-99 delivery drivers and five dispatchers throughout the year depending on demand. Create work schedules for each driver and dispatcher and co-ordinate scheduled maintenance and procurement of delivery vans. Investigate complaints and accusations against drivers, staff and determine appropriate discipline. Assist with employee timecards through ADP.

Delivered packages for Amazon five days a week. Moved to Dispatch in February 2019 where I supervised aproximately 30 drivers on a daily basis. Moved to Operations Manager in January 2020 where I supervised three dispatchers and maintained a daily driver schedule.

• Investigated Workers' Compensation claims by conducting interviews and gathering necessary documents in preparing a detailed report.

Fifteen years Field Training Officer/Police Training Officer, Nine and a half years SWAT Team Member, two and a half years as a Motor Officer, Major Accident Response Team member. Public Information Officer. Testified in several criminal trials.

Pitcher in the Detroit Tigers organization from June 1988 to March 1995, played parts of 92', 93', and 94' in the Majors. Pitched for the AAA Phoenix Firebirds from May 1995 to Sept 1995 when I injured my back. Pitched for the Anaheim Angels organization from February 1996 to Sept 1996. Retired from baseball in December 1996.
