• Maintain control over and assure the efficiency of the restaurant's front-of-house operation.
• Inventory stock count by weekly and purchase order from supplier and warehouse
• Ensure team follow FIFO rule if there are old and new stock in storage

Exports Management

• Issue document for related export and co-ordinate with shipping agent
• Arrange shipment schedule to meet with customer plan
• Communicate with customer for shipment plan to ensure shipment on time and accurate.
• Reconcile export billing with actual shipment and complete billing process in system
• Handle on customer complaint by co-ordinate with related function
• Initiate productivity cost saving for export operation activity

Inventory Management

• Monitor stocks transfer both of physical and in MDLZ system including reconcile process on good receiving of 3PL in daily basis.
• Provide damage and shortage reports when product transfer/from 3PL WH with reason of damage.
• Responsible for doing the monthly check and reconciliation of stocks at 3PL Warehouse.
• Analyze discrepancy stock from monthly reconcile stock and provide root cause including CAPA
• Initiate productivity cost saving and efficiency opportunity in 3PL warehouse/product transfers.
• Highlight Inventory items with recurring warehouse and delivery issues
• Provides technical support and other relevant inputs (transit tests, product storage & handling, freight costings)
• Work closely with 3PL warehouse to ensure all activity smoothly, minimize damage,discrepancy stock
