  Maintains integrity of programs ensuring quality provision of care and works cooperatively with all members of CRHC healthcare team.
• Works closely with Medical Staff, Perspective team committee chairs and patient safety and safety committee chairs to ensure appropriate involvement in resource management efforts. Works collaboratively with other hospital leaders for on-going program development, evaluation, review, and improvement to promote standard of excellence for care at CRHC.

Assists with community and referral development activities and outreach efforts.
• Manages inpatient unit. Participates in multidisciplinary team meetings.
