• Led interviews of 10+ applicants at a time, in person or over video call, multiple times a week
• Personally handle high-pressure DA escalations ranging from on road accidents to insubordination - implemented coaching opportunities and/or discipline based on incident severity
• Provide any on-the-road route assistance, if needed - e.g. delivery of route's packages or van swaps when issues under the hood occur

Lead Driver:

• Manage team of 15+ Driver Associates (DA's) on a daily basis, all while maintaining personal status as a DA
• Provide consistent and efficient training to all DA's on team
• Ensure that all team's DA's delivered results, not only meeting PinPoint Logistics' standards, but those of Amazon's as well
• Created an environment for friendly competition between DA's - competition based on DA's scores, sent out weekly by Amazon
• Awarded prizes (out of pocket) for the top performing drivers each week
