At The Trillium, I served as team lead and supervisor. My responsibilities included ensuring my colleagues remained focused and effectively completed their assigned tasks. Additionally, I managed and monitored the workplace inventory to guarantee that we were adequately stocked throughout my shift and at closing. Furthermore, I addressed customer and employee complaints, documenting and communicating them to upper management for resolution.
