I got accepted in last year because of my leadership and dedication shown through the essay I wrote to apply to get in. To be able to even apply you need to have at least a 3.75 GPA and plenty of service hours where I have a 3.82 GPA and had 150 service hours and one of the main things that the National Honors Society looks at when you apply is leadership and I was able to fit into the club well through me being able to show these leadership skill in aspects of my life including football and volunteering.
