• Make sure to monitor associates and customers to prevent and stop theft of merchandise and cash
• Watch CCTV cameras to monitor the store for theft both externally and internally and to deter theft for 6 years.
• Fill out BOLOs for subjects that run off with merchandise
• Fill out case reports
• In charge of safety for the store and customers which includes making sure safety procedures are up to code and checked every month
• Hold safety meetings with the store team to talk about what to look for in shoplifters, how to try and deter shoplifters, and how to make sure there is product protection on high price items.

• Took on different security roles on base to monitor and secure the facilities and look for threats
• Would monitor the front gate for people entering and leaving the base
• Check identifications
• Patrol the outskirts of the base for security checks throughout the shift
• Had to carry a weapon and pass a shooting course
• Did many training scenarios of threats to keep sharp and ready
• Made sure gates were locked and secure when closing the base.

Made sure that orders were ready to take out to customers vehicles when their order for pickup was ready

• Would bring out customers' orders when orders were ready
• Grab items that could not have been put in the order
• Replace items that could have broken
• Provide customer hospitality
• Make sure that customer was given all items from totes.
