Kylee Radford

Responsible for a variety of cross-functional duties within production department. Primary responsibilities include:

Production Planning/Reporting

• Submit accurate monthly and yearly operational forecasts
• Complete monthly inventory audits for all purchased and produced materials valued at ~10 million dollars
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop Mid Term Plan (MTP) and Plant Development Plan (PDP)

Procurement Process for Production Department

• Responsible for procure to pay process for combined 5 million dollars in materials and services utilized by production department
• Ensure timely posting of goods receipts and service entries
• Working directly with vendors and Accounts Payable to resolve any issues related to invoicing and vendor payment

Operational Logistics

• Coordinating with contractors daily to manage silo levels that are crucial for continuous plant operation (i.e. clinker and CKD capacity)
• Adjusting schedules as needed to account for operational changes and constraints
• Communicating with sales group weekly to address any changes to forecast

• Generated weekly maintenance plan based on resources and material availability
• Managed procure to pay process for maintenance materials, rentals, and services
• Worked directly with vendors for product specifications, pricing, lead times, etc.
• Assisted in creation and execution of major plant outages
