*I started as Utility 1, and was then promoted to Utility II, Manufacturing Inspector II, and lastly Quality Operations Engineering Technician doing the following:

-Perform activities associated with the non-conforming product process: identification, containment, segregation, and evaluation.

-Perform failure investigations with limited scope, and routine analysis.

-Identifying root causes during investigation using critical thinking.

-Execute activities associated with inspection methods: calibration, training, TMV execution.

-Perform data collection/entry, and limited data analysis.

-Execute procedure updates.

-Coordinate calibration activities as necessary.

-Develop training material, and provide training to production personnel.

-Coordinate and conduct reworks, sampling inspections, and reselect inspections/testing of products as needed to verify that they meet specifications.
