At The Coffee Shop NE, I and others payed attention soley around safety regulations and efficiently cleaned workstations, sink area, and ourselves were clean at all times. A solid routine was set upon us by timing and organization. Swift and smoothly at peak hours. Continued maintaining to safety procedures while operating the grinder and the espresso machine. I prepared cold press, drip coffees, and teas. Hot or iced. Made specialty drinks, monthly fun drinks we created, lattes, mochas and beyond. Which was written on cups. Made sure supplies and jugs were dated, along with working with food such as cold sandwiches. I tried my hardest to provide for our wonderful customers with great customer service. Professionally and also making our service welcoming with a laugh or two.

At the Bru House, I operated cash registers to process customer payments and made sure their order went through. I kept up with dates and labels to make sure milks were fresh and food wasn't expired. Prepped with baking scones, cookies, muffins, and other pastries in a kitchen. When it got busy, I try to stay calm and collected. We had practice with retaining to make sure drinks and food were prepped as they should. I also trained and worked here first to become a barista and learned all the ways and importance of what a barista provides.

At Elsie's, it is a bowling alley and a pub. It was a big space to move around and keep track of orders, drinks, and bowling assistance. Food orders were delivered promptly and courteously. Delivering also provided a smile. I started my training on point-of-sales and registers here. Having I and others communicate with the kitchen staff regarding allergies or remaking orders but also efficiently getting orders to the kitchen. I invited openness with customers to provide concerns and dissatisfaction, correcting my mistakes and taking action. Making sure customers were comfortable and made sure they had a sense of trust. Due to me being there a short while, I learned so much. i left due to a family loss.
