Hello, I am Laina Stapel! I am pursuing a part-time role at a locally owned restaurant in the Madison area. During my previous two years of experience at the locally owned distillery and restaurant: 45th Parallel Spirits and four years of experience at the small family-owned organic produce farm: Pike Hole Farm. I learned the importance of fresh quality ingredients, authentic practices, collaborative creativity, and a genuine atmosphere. Being a part of these communities has confirmed for me that it is the most fulfilling job I could have right now. Working at a place with these values excites me to grow and work my hardest. And I know that local businesses strive towards a higher mission for the community that we live in and I would love to be a part of that.
