Throughout my 7 year career with Fastenal. I have learned how important it is to have a strong and moral work ethic. I began my journey part time out of high school. I then began to progressively take advantage of learning something new every chance I got. To improve my skills and assist the next person in their own growth. This lead to receive the opportunity to manage my own business as a outside sales rep. Shortly after I progressed into General Management for the last 4 years of my career. While I have enjoyed every moment. I seek the opportunity to grow within another company that values its personnel. I have always been inclined to work with my hands and take on a role in a field job. That has a higher ceiling to provide for myself and family. As more opportunity to learn a trade that sticks with me for life. That can be applied to everyday situations in life.
