My position as a Field Trainer at Patterson was one of the most fulfilling things I have done. I believe in what we teach and train at Patterson, it was instilled in me when I went through N2I, reinforced by the crew that trained me during OJT, and backed up by my first Rig Managers.
I have seen the positive effects of our Training department in both areas I worked, Southern and Northern Rockies.
I look forward to an opportunity to be a part of the PTEN team again!
