The area in which I work while primarily on the W & M side was that of a loader. The job titled referred to a person who would use metal rods in order to secure plastic or metal hinge casket parts for the painting process. The task required wearing gloves in order to prevent the parts from getting sweat on them that would create smudges in the resulting paint once dried. Once the rods were loaded, each person consisting of myself and two to three others would place the rods on a moving conveyor line by using metal hooks. This required that each person keep pace with the conveyor line and also each other to an extent.
Determined loading sequence based on part designs. for different parts on the line based on their designs. The best way I found to do this was to have one of the two table working on an active part for the line while the other table worked on loading up the next part that would be needed.

This required keeping up with the press in order to remove the parts from the conveyor belt in order to prevent scratches.
