• Managed auction logistics, ensuring seamless operations and timely execution of events.
• Cleaned out Estates for customers that needed to get property empty. This entailed showing up at customers location with my truck and trailer, loading all items from the estate that needed to be removed and taking them to my auction house.
• Once at the auction house items were unloaded, categorized, pictured and were put on an online auction.
• Pictures of the items were then downloaded with a detailed description and put on an online auction, the auction would normally run for a week and when it ended I would have the buyers come to the auction house to pickup there purchases. Then the proceeds from the auction would be paid to the consignors.
• Oversaw financial transactions, maintaining accuracy in bidding records and payment processing.

Blue Beacon is a truck wash company that has over 100 locations across the United States and has been around since the late 1970s.

I was responsible for every aspect of the operation.

I was responsible for the hiring of the individuals, staffing the location for the peak business times, training the individuals to do there jobs efficiently and safely.

I was responsible for the customer care standards to make sure every customer was happy about the srevices that they received.

I was responsible for all the maintenance at the facility to make sure the facility was top notch and running well at all times.

I took care of all the financial responsiblities, book keeping responsibilities, all parts orders and everything else that applied to the business.
