
In my role as Director of Technology, my objective was to lead the development and strategic planning of all internal systems and external systems to drive 50%+ YOY growth across our 11+ companies. To focus on process improvement and automation, increasing efficiency and reducing costs of scaling our businesses with a customer-first approach through data and technology. My team and I exercised reaction plans to ensure 100% website/service uptime and system security. Conduct ethical hacking to ensure our systems are secured from data breach & system lockout situations. I empowered my team by building strong leaders that are focused on being forward thinking and independent problem-solvers. We worked with vendors to build up-to-date solutions for sharing data, ensuring real-time accurate inventory, product listings, pricing, and ordering.
I was also in charge of supporting all internal teams on integrations of systems to automate and improve our customer experience. I had to be energetic, well organized, and demonstrate the ability to fully understand the scope of data entry, data automation, infrastructure, code deployments, Netsuite, Hubspot, Transportation Management systems, and any new systems to be added.
Besides all that I am a passionate leader that wants to see people develop into the best version of themselves, through practicing emotional intelligence and teaching by first understanding the problems, then helping to solve them. I enjoy being part of a team that engineers clever solutions to complex problems, saving time and resources for everyone involved while developing key skills both personal and professional.

● Create, maintain, and improve our processes for managing our data catalog, infrastructure, internal systems, data
integrations, and system quality.
● Foster a continuous improvement environment around system development, quality control, development, and
cataloging.
● Lead team through disaster response (Cyber attack, major failures, system lockouts)
● Build team by holding up EE Core values & expectations by creating a winning culture
● Grow workforce to support strategies and growth through strategic plans and hiring strategies
● Collaborate with all teams in EE to ensure the necessary tools are maintained and improved
● Establish clear daily/weekly/monthly communication strategies that provide key insights into the success of all
divisions.

● Maintain and improve EEU Management system utilizing stat sheets, daily huddles, scorecard meetings and Agile
