The Sales Associate is responsible for generating sales via superior customer service and excellent product knowledge. They are a major driving factor behind Term City Furniture's success and expansive growth in the retail industry.

Key Responsibilities of a Retail Sales Associate include but are not limited to:

• Interacting with customers in a retail environment
• Demonstrating a high level of product knowledge and design skills
• Maintaining knowledge of competitive offerings in the market
• Determining needs and advising customers on their purchases
• Demonstrating effective closing skills
• Handling customer purchase paperwork and tracking orders

Under the overall direction of the Team Manager, the Customer Service Sales Representative will receive and handle incoming enquiries by telephone ensuring that a professional service is provided at all times.

Key responsibilities

• To receive and handle inbound telephone enquiries in accordance with Client and Regulatory requirements, including use of call scripts.
• Communicate persuasively with Customers to maximise sales, subject to regulatory and client requirements.
• Working collaboratively with the client Leadership Team to consistently achieve SLAs and Sales Targets.
• To respond to Customer enquiries and questions (product or service) in a confident and knowledgeable manner, including where appropriate the managing and resolving of complaints.

Mobile Experts (ME) work as part of a Retail Team of Experts to bring the Metro by T-Mobile brand to life, while being obsessed with the connected world and thrive in a fast-paced environment, where technology innovations, customer needs and the Retail experience are continuously evolving.

• Serving and selling to our customers, while providing a best in class customer experience and building loyalty
• Consistently leverages digital tools in interactions and onboarding
• Completes training on T-Mobile in-store experience, new skills and processes, knowledge of systems and reference resources
• Makes the most of their time on shift, consistently seeking out information between customers, learning about innovations in wireless and technology
• Partners with T-Mobile employees across channels, including business and customer service
