I worked directly with the customer to recommend parts and labor needs on an individual basis. I insured that the customer was comfortable and satisfied with the services received. I also tended to day to day operations such as filing, answering phones, ordering parts, etc.

I oversaw daily operations of retail store. My duties included scheduling, staffing, daily paperwork and reconciliation of funds, inventory, customer relations, etc.
