Execute the mission of the church through partnering with parents to create irresistible environments for preschool age children to connect with God. Recruit, train, and oversee weekday and Sunday volunteers. Schedule, organize, and plan special events.

• Minister to children and families in the church and the broader community.
• Oversee all programming for children, including special event planning and execution (Vacation Bible School, GOkids, Operation Christmas Child Packing Party, Camps, Retreats).
• Establish and maintain a security system that protects children in church care.
• Consult with other church leaders to define a vision for children's ministry that contributes to the church's overall vision. Develop a ministry plan to achieve that vision.
• Manage all children's ministry staff and volunteers who work with children from infancy through sixth grade.
• Maintain the integrity of children's Bible teaching time by ensuring instruction is consistent with doctrinal convictions of the church.
• Identify and execute ministry and missions opportunities for children.
• In collaboration with other children's ministry leaders and senior church leadership, develop an annual budget for children's ministry and operate within constraints of that budget.
• Maintain strategy for reaching and assimilating new children and families.
• Construct a weekly email newsletter to inform parents about upcoming events and provide discipleship tools for the home that expand on each week's lesson.
• Develop Preteen Ministry (5th & 6th grade) through weekly events that encourage community while providing opportunities to deepen their faith.

• Established Children's Ministry
• Provided direct oversight to all Children's Ministries (birth – 5th
  grade).
• Planned and executed events including VBS, camps, and Mission Parties.
• Developed annual budget and operated within constraints of that budget.

• Provided direct oversight to Weekday Preschool Ministry, including 30 Teachers and 180 families.
