• Carefully oversee event happenings
• Maintain event budgets
• Event evaluation and reporting
• Create and distribute event survey's
• Report ROI to executive team

I wa responsible for all aspects of events for the Home Missions Department. My responsibilities are listed below.

• Choose venue to hold 5,000-7,000 people
• Negotiate contracts
• Manage events team and volunteers
• Manage contract labor; music guests, comedians, and children's entertainment
• Choose menus for dinners
• Plan golf tournaments
• Track ROI
• Report pros and cons of each event to the executive team
