  • Led agency efforts to hire a Chief People Officer, the first position of its kind in the federal government; developed a strategic framework for the new office, created a vision and mission statement, goals, and objectives; reviewed existing programs against these new requirements to define staffing and budget needs while realigning like functions to the new office.
  • Stood up a Culture Council whose mandate was to improve the agency's workplace culture; led implementation efforts to develop core values and principles to set a standard across the agency.

  • Served as Senior Component Accountable Official for Government Accountability Office and Office of Inspector General audit activities; represented the agency at the Department and Interagency level to speak on behalf of key programs and efforts.
