Administrative Assistant
- Coordinate all office functions, and supervise a team of twelve professionals and five student assistants.
- Liaison to all areas of the college, by exercising judgment and discretion in all confidential matters.
- Develop the semester class schedule for three campus centers.
- Provided administrative support to the department members, faculty, including scheduling meetings, and managing calendars.
- Created travel arrangements and distributed travel details to appropriate personnel.
- Order supplies for the office, staff, and faculty. Create requisitions, review invoices, and P-card holder with reconciliation duties.
- Order books from publishers.
- Hire, assign, and monitor the work of part-time clerical and/or student employees.
- Onboarding: make sure new department employees are set up with all computer access and supplies.
