  • Daily, I receive 30-50 calls from patients, doctors, doctor's offices, medical practices, vendors, law firms, imaging facilities, hospitals, and more.
  • Schedules tele-health and in office orthopedic appointments in a professional and helpful manner- new and established patients as well as steroid and gel injections
  • When scheduling new patient appointments, I obtain a great deal of patient information to accurately create medical charts
  • Schedule occupational therapy, physical therapy, physiatry, and pain management as well
