I have been baking for as long as I can remember, I started out with my paternal grandmother, we would bake cakes, cookies, brownies, etc for out family. More recently, I have been baking independently (without my grandmother) baking the same things with my grandmother but a little bit harder because I've started baking from scratch for everything I bake and I have recently started baking breads and starches like cinnamon buns, bagels, puff pastries, etc.
