Yoga Instructor
In 2010, I became a Power Yoga instructor through Power Yoga Works in Malvern, PA. Since then, I have taught hundreds of classes, attended Master's classes to help my own growth, and also helped instruct new yoga students that wished to become teachers.
In 2015, I became certified to teacher yoga to children through Child Light Yoga. I have implemented working with students at existing yoga studios, within in my regular and special education classrooms, and also for the children of existing clients.
