Committed 911 Telecommunicator III with a solid history of accomplishment in helping the residents of Montgomery County PA handle non-priorities as well as emotionally-charged, life-threatening and dangerous situations, as well as dispatching police officers while relaying vital information over the radio, telephone, and CAD systems.
Looking for full-time employment as a member of the Department of Public Safety’s training department to help other telecommunicators with their personal educational development as a public safety professional while continuing to grow on her own.
- Responsible for answering 911 emergency and non-emergency incoming calls, while entering pertinent information into the CAD (the computer aided dispatch system), and giving pre-arrival emergency medical instructions where needed.
