I also know how to take part in the roll as a tec III especially when the tec III is either on vacation or has the days/day off. when there gone i preform my job duty is to assign staff to a groups for the day. I also tell them when to go on break when its time. The tec III also makes sure that everything is in compliance especially for the next shift by stocking the carts and making sure everything is clean for the next shift.
