-Hiring of longshoreman. Duties include coordination between management and ILA union to supply men to tie up and let go of any vessel on the pier.
-Dispatching. Duties include taking customers orders and matching them with an appropriate hauler. Creating dispatches for the ILA longshoreman to load the truck with. Resolve any customer or trucker issues that may arise. Send any changes, credits, or errors to management.
