• As a barista, my job did entail working at the front counter and serving coffee and other various refreshments, but my full duties during my shift would vary from day to day, such as taking orders from customers at the cash register, prepping different sandwiches and soups, and serving them to the appropriate customers. I also performed various different cleaning tasks, such as mopping floors, wiping down counters, as well as making sure the deli and espresso stations were properly cleaned and stocked.

My duties as a Valentine's Deli Clark consisted of prepping food for the day, making sandwiches, salads, and various fried products. I was also responsible for taking phone call orders and in-person orders, all while maintaining a clean and sanitary work station. With my experience within the two years I worked in this establishment, I was trusted with assisting in training new employees, ensuring that they made a good transition into the workforce.
