Review, clear and audit loan file documents for credit worthiness. Worked closely with my Account Managers to obtain conditions required for loan approval including but not limited to ordering Insurance, Title, Escrow, VOE's, VOM's, BankVOD's, FraudPlus. Review for TRID Compliance and prep files to go to Underwriting for loan Approval. Worked closely with Title/Escrow to ensure timely loan documents, closing deadlines and accurate funding. Track and maintain reporting of my pipeline to senior management on a daily basis. Reported pipeline reports to my Account Executives of their pipelines

Athas Capital winded down on 1/1/2023. I was purchased over by Hometown Equity Mortgage on 11/15/2022. My responsibilities with ACG went from Account Manager to Processing Manger within the 7 years I was with them. I oversaw and directed all aspects relating to loan processing operations including directly supervision over 20 AM's by enforcing policies, standards and procedures to support the successful achievement of departmental goals and objectives. Coordinated periodic Quality Assurance of completed tasks performed by staff. Maintained and monitored efficiency and accuracy of Staff Production. Built strong relationships with Correspondents, Title/Escrow, Legal team and worked with Account Executives all across the United States.

Responsible for managing a pipeline from origination to funding for the broker. Communication with borrowers, RE Agents, Lenders, Title/Escrow. Reviewed LE's and CD's prepared by lenders for accuracy, ordered closing statements, VOR's, VOE's, VOM's, Insurance, VOD's, BankVOD's, Fraud Compliance. Verified the authenticity of all documents received. Review loan file for completeness prior to submission to the Underwriting team. Pre-underwrite files for pre-approvals on purchase transactions. Schedule loan document signings. Prepare broker commission dispersement.
