- Redeveloped a failing EV tear down department with a 1 million pound backlog of EV battery packs. Within a year backlog was zero and safety back to a gold standard.
- Key role in developing the General motors recycling program. Extensive training with the GM engineering team at the Warren tech center in Michigan.
- Led the Toyota state of health and recycling program. Including the testing and teardown of 1100 Toyota HEV PHEV battery packs. Providing a standardized tear down procedure and demonstrations.
- Trained with Ford/Roush in the extraction of over 30 electric vehicle battery packs.
- Collaborated with Rivian to develop tear down procedures and tooling. Provided onsite solutions for DDR battery materials at the Normal Illinois plant.
- Trained in the Hyundai repair program in Brea California.
- Recipient of over 14 awards for innovation, collaboration, and safety in the company's recognition program.
