I was responsible for food production, menus, and recipe development. Also for ordering food and managing the kitchen staff.

I had to leave my position at Ed's to care for my sister, who was undergoing treatment for cancer. I still pick up shifts at Ed's.

I was responsible for preparing large meals for catered events and also managed the inventory. I also assisted in making frozen pizzas that we sold in grocery stores. 360 Pizza closed all 3 locations in October of 2022
