Notableprojects

  • ISS New Member and Existing Member Department Merge, Spearheaded 1000 frontline employees cross functionally into an internal department to provide immediate phone support. Worked closely with the learning and delivery team to design and implement a training curriculum to upskill the employees. In addition, I partnered with executive team and directors to determine job responsibilities, reporting structure and performance metrics while on loan. Organized voice of the employee feedback sessions to help improve the experience.
  • Simplification-SERVE and Leader Support Routines, Partnered with executives, risk and control team, frontline employees, and key stakeholders to redesign internal call flow process to help simplify a complex job and conversation for both frontline employees and leaders.
  • Diamond Club Organizational Recognition Program, Formulated a layered organizational recognition platform to improve morale, drive engagement and promote the employee experience. Presented the program to EMG for stakeholder buy in.
