Throughout my life, I’ve naturally taken on leadership roles, especially within my family. With my mother working long hours as a lawyer and only seeing my father one week a year, I often had to step into a leadership position, guiding and supporting my siblings. This early responsibility instilled in me strong leadership skills and the ability to manage challenges effectively.I am fluent in three languages—English, Spanish, and Portuguese—an ability that has given me insight into multiple cultures and the experience needed to navigate diverse environments. I also hold an OSHA certification in shop safety, a critical qualification for a Shop Leader. My background, enriched by both my cultural understanding and the challenges I've overcome, has instilled in me the values of leadership, respect, and perseverance. Additionally, I received a Perfect Attendance pin, demonstrating my commitment and reliability—qualities that ensure I will always be present and ready to lead
