  • I did Q 15 min checks all night had line of sight children to watch had to do pocket checks for all bathroom use and monitor all children more closely with precautions like remove shoelaces for runners and watch cutters use the bathroom
  • My documents where kept on all children separately and I had to log where they were and what they were doing every 15 mins
