I joined Club in the fall of 2023 at the first location in the DFW area. Starting as a prep, I worked as much and as hard as I could while balancing school and sports. This dedication led to cross-training and eventually transferring to my current location when it opened. The transition gave me the opportunity to step into a leadership role, where I demonstrated my commitment by upholding company policies and standards while driving team performance. I have now been an assistant manager for approximately six months. Throughout my time here, I have had the opportunity to learn from and work alongside several amazing people who have helped shape me into the leader I am today and continue to inspire me to grow into the leader I aspire to become in the future.
