• Assist servers and bartender with small tasks during peak hours
• Train new bussers

Host:

• Answer phone calls to respond to questions, take reservations, and take out orders
• Greet people at the door and seat them according to availability and section order
• Manage walk-ins and reservations
• Wipe down and swap lunch and dinner menus
• Pay attention to customers leaving to more efficiently clean and seat tables
• Assist bussers when necessary

• Make a variety of ice cream sundaes, blizzards, and shakes
• Quality check ice cream before handing out the window
• Weigh ice creams and ensure serving sizes are up to standard
• Handle cash and register
• Work two sides of fryer
• Clean and refill machines
