• Aug 2001 - Dec 2002: Began my career at Subway in Pratt, KS while still a college student, working my way up from Sandwich Artist to Assistant Store Manager.
• Dec 2002 - Aug 2003: Was promoted to Store Manager of the Dodge City, KS south location.
• Aug 2003 - Nov 2005: Offered the opportunity to become Store Manager of a higher volume Subway location in McPherson, KS.
• Nov 2005 - May 2008: Was promoted to Regional Manager, and relocated to Hutchinson, KS. I began by overseeing seven Subway restaurants located in Hutchinson (5), Lyons, and Kingman, KS. Over the next three years, my region grew to a store count of ten, which included Hesston, Halstead, and Newton, KS.
• May 2008 - Jan 2017: Was promoted to Operations Manager, overseeing individual Subway locations, as well as regions. Over the next 8-1/2 years, I grew from a store count of 18 to a store count of 30. I began with overseeing one region to overseeing three regions in addition to my own, consisting of approximately 325 employees made up of Regional Managers, Store Managers, Assistant Managers, Shift Leaders, and Sandwich Artists.
• Ensure stores met sales and profitability goals, effectively recruit to ensure turnover was controlled and healthy, handle and provide guidance for human resource matters, coach and motivate my management team, and provide positive interaction with our front-line Sandwich Artists.
• Knowledgeable in the preventative maintenance and repair of our toasting, baking, refrigeration, and beverage equipment.

• Began as a cashier and ended as a Team Leader.

Other duties during my time here included:

• Providing service by taking orders and serving guests inside and at the drive-thru
• Preparing salads, cut and shred cabbage and carrots for coleslaw preparation. Engage in other forms of food preparation such as making batter for frying, batter for hushpuppies, and preparation of raw product for cooking.
• Cooking chicken, seafood, breaded products, corn on the cob, rice, and make sandwiches to order. Ensure products were stocked and available at the condiment bar.

• Conducted outbound calls primarily for fundraising efforts for Fraternal Order of Police organizations in various states.
• Conducted outbound calls for MCI Wireless' cellular phone plans with Motorola phones.
• Worked as a validator, which involved confirming donation pledges or choice of cellular phone plans, and verifying the address of the donor or purchaser (depending on the nature of the call).
