Bag room supervisor ensured that all bags coming from ticket counter were pulled from belt and place in assign carts for delivery to designated gates of departure on time!! Taught Ramp agent class for new hires, and assign them to their jobs once they graduated ramp class.

Started as a ramp agent was promoted to Ramp supervisor, My duties were to supervise (3) Gates and supervise Eastern Metro which the air craft were BAe Jetstream 31 & DHC DASH 8 TURBOPROPS. Daily task were to ensure that all gate crews had the proper equipment to carry out day to day task at the gates. Tugs,beltloaders, safety cones, and Made sure that FOD was Done daily. be on time for aircraft arrival and departure. Made sure all essential paper work related to each aircraft was correct, bag count mail count and that SWAB WAS CORRECT. Making sure also that fuel. water, and aircraft cleaning was complete.
