Lexee Marshall

• Support recruiting efforts and create a lasting and impactful candidate experience
• Support the management of end-to-end talent acquisition practices including but not limited to sourcing, recruiting, diversity & inclusion, recruitment operations
• Work in partnership with a variety of stakeholders from Design & Engineering, Innovation, Construction,
Finance, Operations, Tech & Systems, New Site Development, Procurement and Human Resources
• Develop relationships with internal stakeholders to better understand the business and needs of each
department.

• Recruit for exempt level positions across a broad range of functions including: Finance, technology, marketing, merchandising, HR, Legal and eCommerce
• Develop plans to source qualified candidates and increase applicant pools
• Identify process issues and makes recommendations for improvement
• Partner with hiring manager to identify qualified candidates, seek feedback, and make hiring recommendations
• Provide timely updates to hiring managers with information regarding marketplace, obstacles, and work with manager to identify solutions
• Train & mentor new hires within the TA Org
