With a solid foundation in customer service, I have been working with adults since the age of 15-16, starting as a receptionist. Interacting with diverse individuals has always been an integral part of my professional journey. From my role as a receptionist, to becoming a personal assistant to the salons owner, I have achieved small but significant milestones. My strong work ethic has allowed me to build strong relationships with both clients and leaders. Transitioning to my first major business job at Tillys, I began as a seasonal sales associate and quickly impressed my manager with my skills and personality, leading to my promotion as a part-time sales associate. Within less than a year, I have successfully advanced twice, ultimately securing my current position as a team lead/keyholder at Rack Room Shoes. While each role may not be physically demanding, the mental challenges of working with people are ever-present. Located near the Las Vegas Strip, our store experiences high conversions and primarily care for tourist. In my five years in retail, I have accomplished a great deal, but I am eager to strive for even more in the future.
