As a dispatcher for over 300 school bus operators it is a critical and highly demanding role, serving as the central nervous system for a massive student transportation operation. As the eyes and ears of the transportation department you become a master of multitasking while remaining as a calm leader in chaotic situations. Unlike a traditional logistics dispatcher, a school bus dispatcher's job carries the unique and immense responsibility of student safety,which adds a layer of complexity and urgency to every decision making factor.

• By using advanced GPS and fleet management software to monitor the location and status of every bus in real time.
• Maintain constant communications with drivers via two-way radio, providing them with critical information on traffic, road closures, and route changes.
• Every morning and afternoon ensures that all routes are properly assigned, and handle all last-minute call-outs. By utilizing substitute drivers, consolidating routes or even drive routes personally to ensure that every student gets to school.
• As the primary liaison between drivers, school staff, parents, and administrators. I field a constant stream of calls from parents with questions about bus schedules, late buses, and student behavior. I am able to process these concerns with patience, accuracy,and empathy while simultaneously managing the fleet.
• Collaborating with fellow dispatchers to maintain a seamless workflow during shift. While promoting teamwork amongst colleagues by proactively assisting others when needed.
• Demonstrated adaptability in evolving situations by adjusting strategies in real-time as new information became available.

The Pro-Shop is a reflection of the club's brand and key part of the member experience. Being able to create visually appealing displays that showcase products and encourage sales. This includes everything from arranging mannequins and organizing shelves to creating eye-catching window displays. Understanding current trends in golf equipment, as well as the ability yo forecast demand. Developing strong relationships with vendors, and manage inventory to ensure the pro shop os always well-stocked without over-ordering.

• Proficient with point-of-sale (POS) systems, and inventory management software. Allowing for smooth transactions, accurate inventory counts, and the ability to run detailed sales reports.
• Planning and executing retail events, such as trunk shows, special promotions, and holiday sales. This lead to collaborate with other club
• Ensure shelves, bins, and racks at 2 locations were properly stocked, labeled, and visually appealing.
• Using sales data, I can identify trends and make informed decisions about future buying and promotions. Analyzing sells is crucial for maximizing profitability and ensuring the pro shop remains profitable.
• Relationship building in the most successful part as a merchandiser. Remembering member's name and their preferences, like their favorite brand of golf glove or their size in a shirt. These personal touch's build trust and loyalty turning the business into a valuable asset to the club.
