With our office short an insurance writer, I trained closely with one of the agents and eventually began assisting with reviewing, editing, and rewriting policies with the owners’ approval. This experience helped me build confidence, expand my knowledge, and strengthen my attention to detail. This role gave me valuable experience in customer communication, administrative support, and policy management, and it strengthened my ability to adapt, learn quickly, and assist clients with confidence and warmth.
