  • Led the design and development of a new state of the art 104k sq ft location including the only PET scan outside of a University, onsite MRI, a linear accelerator, and 12 surgical suites with live streaming capabilities for advanced learning.

  • Designed and implemented a Nurse level system complete with a training program including didactic and hands on skills, testing requirements to level up, and level based compensation.
  • Created a program where Credentialed Veterinary Nurses (CVT) had the ability to earn commission on appointments and procedures.
